Dr. Ramazan KOCAOĞLU was born in Ankara. He completed his undergraduate education at Gazi University in 2009. Between 2009 and 2018, he worked as a consultant and manager in the field of network and information security in the private sector. Having industry experience by taking part in many projects in the private and public sectors, Dr. Kocaoğlu completed his Master's degree in Computer Science from Gazi University in 2012 and his PhD in Computer Engineering from Gazi University in 2017. He completed his second undergraduate education at Kırıkkale University Computer Engineering Department in 2019. In addition to completing many projects and providing consultancy services in the public and private sectors with the company he founded in 2018, he continues to produce products and solutions that can meet the needs in the IT sector. He is the project manager of Tübitak 1501 and 1507 Industry R&D Projects Support Programs. Between 2012-2020, he lectures at various universities as a visiting lecturer.
Dr. Ramazan Kocaoğlu has publications in national and international journals. Areas of interest; Computer Networks, Mobile and Wireless Networks, Next Generation Network Technologies, Network and Information Security, Open Source Code Systems and Intelligent Optimization Techniques.
