Prof. Dr. Ünsal SIĞRI
OSTİM Technical University FEAS faculty member and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığır became an associate professor in the field of "management and organization" in 2010, and a professor in 2015, following his undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies in the field of Business Administration-Management and Organization. He completed his postdoctoral studies at Rochester Bittner School of Business-USA with a TÜBİTAK scholarship and worked as a lecturer at the Turkish Military Academy and Başkent University for many years. Taking part in important scientific projects in the TAF and managing the European Union Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina for a while, Prof. Sığır has given seminars and taken part in research projects in various international organizations such as NATO, United Nations, European Union and Council of Europe. He has many international and national books, articles and papers in the fields of Management and Organizational Behavior. prof. Sığır has contributed to the training of a large number of professional business people, mediators, conciliators and SME Consultants in Turkey.
Prof. Dr. Serdar MÜLDÜR
Prof. Dr. Serdar MÜLDÜR graduated from Naval Postgraduate School/USA Computer Science in 1984 with a Master's degree (MS). Between 1985 and 2000, he worked as an operation engineer, project engineer, business supervisor and information systems department head in the public sector, computer center. In 1999, he completed his doctorate at Gazi University, Institute of Science and Technology. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2004. Between 2000-2017 at Havelsan A.Ş., as Director and Deputy General Manager in the Command Control and Information Systems department; He worked on the development of national command control software for MİLGEM-National Ships and Submarine Ships, the development of mission system software for military aircraft and ground control units of aircraft, and the development of management information systems for various public organizations. Between 2000-2018, as a visiting lecturer at various universities; He taught courses at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels. Between 2007 and 2019, he served as a member of the board of directors, chairman of the board of directors and member of the supervisory board in defense industry companies. prof. Dr. Serdar MÜLDÜR has papers in national and international journals. His areas of interest are Software Engineering, Quality in Software, Database applications and Management Information Systems.
