Job Applications 

Candidates who will apply for a job at Ostim Technical University fill out the Job Application Form and these forms are collected in the CV Bank of the Human Resources Department.

Minimum Living Allowance Application

With the amendment made in the Income Tax Law No. 193 with the Law No. 5615, "Minimum Living Allowance" has been applied instead of the Special Expense Deduction as of January 1, 2008. All newly recruited personnel are required to fill in the "Family Status Notification Form" and submit it to our Department.

• The points that our staff will pay attention to when filling out the Family Status Notification form are as follows:
• Definition of “wife”; It includes persons with whom they have LEGAL marriage bonds.
• definition of “child”; refers to children aged 18 or under 25 years of age who live with the staff or are cared for by the staff (including those who are given alimony, adopted children, and grandchildren who have lost their parents or grandchildren who live with the staff).
• Personnel earning wages from more than one employer shall notify the employer with the highest wage.
• All changes in the Family Status Notification (such as marriage, divorce, birth, death) will be reported to the Human Resources Department within 1 month.
• Spouses with income (such as retirement salary, self-employment earnings) other than "wage (salary)" will also be considered within the scope of "non-working and non-income spouse".
• In cases where both spouses work on a paid basis; The children will be written on the notice of whoever is being looked after.
• The personnel who will benefit from the minimum living allowance for the children they support will attach a certified copy of the court order to the notification.
• In accordance with the relevant law, the personnel who made the notification are responsible for tax penalties that may arise due to incorrect or not timely notifications, and it will be necessary to take action against these personnel in accordance with tax and labor laws.
• Failure to deliver documents on time; All personnel should pay attention to the issue as it will cause the minimum living allowance not to be reflected in the wages and there is no chance to apply retroactively.
